Thank you for supporting my small, one-woman shop! I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of scent-work training vessels, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases where an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to request approval for a return.

Approved returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Email noseydogsupply@gmail.com
• Include your name and order number
• Include a photo of the issue

Once reviewed, I will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Additional processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once items have shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used scent work vessels

  • Clearance or sale items
