I strive to ship orders the next business day. Occasionally, I’m away at dog events from Thursday afternoon through Sunday, so orders placed during that time will ship on Monday. In rare cases (such as illness or family emergencies), there may be a short delay of 1–2 days. I always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible!
