My name is Gail Hefley, and I’m a lifelong dog sports competitor. My husband, John, and I share our home with three wonderful scent work dogs—Flick, Zoomz, and Mack.

For many years, I competed in obedience and agility, but everything changed when I discovered Scent Work in 2020. I quickly fell in love with the challenge, teamwork, and joy of training and trialing. Teaching handlers, watching teams succeed, and seeing dogs use their natural instincts along with my wish to have a small business is what inspired me to create this shop.

Most items are personally finished or prepared by me in my dog room in Amarillo. Every order is packed and shipped by me personally.

Because we are a small shop, I’m also happy to help with custom requests, including specific color choices, special combinations, or combining shipping so training friends can order together to save on shipping.
